Bullet For My Valentine: A New Level

after invading half the world with the 2005 album The Poison , Welsh Bullet For My Valentine are preparing to return with a new album yet without a title. Recently, the band met the press to speak English future projects ...

How does it feel to have a new album ready?

Matt Tuck: Once you've written the last word of the last song you really hard to realize that it's over. The process was so long and tortuous to write this album that I still can not believe that it is ready. It's definitely been the most difficult and stressful experience of my life. Now that everything is over I'm very happy, but at the same time a bit 'scared. Having to make new promotion, going on stage, to test my voice (a few months ago Tuck had to stop live activity due to a voice problem that did not allow him to be with his band at Wembley with Metallica-ed) and this is really frustrating.

you satisfied with the success of the new album?

To be honest I never felt full before I even tonight, because everything has turned out very discontinuous. Add a few pieces, go on tour, then register. The same thing happened to The Poison . But that's okay, feeling the whole I am very proud to work.

has a very powerful sound ...

Yeah. For example Say Goodnight is very heavy but at the same time a ballad. We tried to get another key to our sound without distorting. In any case we did not want to write The Poison II. The song is very sad and touching because it talks about a very delicate situation happened to Jay last year, when his father died and in the same day his son was born. A sort of "taking the Lord and the Lord by". There are a couple of lines touching that want to take the difficult time of life that has had to overcome.

What are other issues that the album is?

The majority of the songs talks about the fact that four of us and live like a rock band. This involves the issue of remoteness, of mutual respect and the ability to live side by side for days and days. And it also speaks well of my voice problem. Through this work we have learned many things, especially myself about the possibilities of the human body. From now on I'll put your heart at rest and learn to give a cut to the activity of the band more often. Over the past three years I pretended to be a super-man.

Do you have a personal note for this album?

love Take It Out . Starring Benji of Skindred Webb. Basically the text was written by him and I loved the parties and I rearranged. A beautiful experience to sing with him and it was nice to have his style and vocal contribution.

when you expect the fans will be able to hear your work?

should be in stores by the end of January. At the same time we will do some dates in support output and Bullet will be back in gear. In the meantime I will try to recover the best voice and the energy to be ready for new challenges and prove that we did not become famous by accident. We sold almost a million copies because we are worth and dureremo over time. Now it's hard to put into words something that only few have heard, but this album is to take a step back and take us to a new level.

Today is Tuesday, October 30 ... maybe the day more attractive to the metal throughout the year! In fact, both out today:
Avenged Sevenfold new album
new album Autumn Offering
new album Terror
DVD of 'Unholy Alliance.

Enjoy the rock!

Make A A3 Poster Using Powerpoint

The truth is hiding in the news these days is a bit '... let's see what you can invent.

At The Gates- the legendary melodic death metal band has reunited, at least for a series of summer concerts in Finland, Germany and England.

Caliban- found at this address to the band filmed a video interview this summer: http://www.roadrunnerrecords.it/video/index.aspx?songID=1897

Dimebag Darrel- http://www.knucklebonz.com/dimebag2.htm fetish for you, here, finally, the action figure of the legendary guitarist of Pantera. A bit 'expensive to be honest ...

Bleeding Through frontman Brandan Schieppati- decided to spend his free time in a new project: The Innocent ( www.myspace.com / theinnocentmetal ). Accompanying him will find former members of No Use For A Name, and Distillers, Bad Religion Brooke. Guess sound like BT but more thrash.

Walls Of Jericho- The Walls Of Jericho have started the recording of Live in South America, EP which will complete the self-titled live DVD, scheduled for March 2008. The recordings are by Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour), and for the next two weeks will host the band in his studio.

Please note that later this month releases his new album Autumn Offering and the site of the Victory, www.victorymetal.com found the trailer in advance. In mid-November will be out of the new Ire Works Dillinger Escape Plan .
Meanwhile out of the new Maroon , beautiful but not exciting as the previous When Worlds Collide. On November 24 will be in Arese with Neaera, even their fresh album.
These days I'm listening to the new Agony Scene . You can find a preview here: http://www.centurymedia.com/eCard/TheAgonyScene/

How To Write Qube In Ms Word 2007 Table

Avenged Sevenfold Tour Dates beyond the metal

you like it or not, are going to come back and we are waiting for this album for months. Will be enough metal to your ears? We'll find out Oct. 30 when it comes out their self-titled album. Meanwhile M Shadows and Synyster Gates are light, with an interview with Kerrang!, New tracks on the disc ...

"We are an eclectic band and the self-titled album is why we went to work as a band, and each has brought their musical influences, "says guitarist Synyster Gates." Some of these have never been placed first because it seemed out of tune with the idea that " Avenged Sevenfold are a rock band, but now we are doing well. We had a dozen songs, some country, some song performances by eight and a half minutes, a more groove metal and in the end we chose the 10 best, those who represent us more. "
the album does not see the Above participation of any manufacturer.
"We have an excellent relationship with our record company, Warner Bros, and we were willing to consider different possibilities, we met a lot of great producers, but we're very excited by the idea of \u200b\u200bus produce this record. So we got the order of ideas to make us really your ass in the studio and not lose time.I the most severe critics of ourselves, and then had to work. Now, listening back to the record, we are very pleased and we look forward to it to hear the fans. "
And now the guide track by track from the new album ...

CRITICAL ACCLAIM- Synyster Gates: everyone says it's a political song, but it is not.'s about the attempt of a nation to be united. Today there is a lot of sadness and confusion and we believe in a hope of unity, perhaps there never will be. In addition, The Rev sings this song, in practice, one evening we were at a party and nothing is invented The Rev and the chorus fits perfectly and we registrato.Quando screams are spectacular!
ALMOST EASY-M Shadows: it seems very easy in life to be a good person and do not drink because you have a problem or not betray your wife because you have a future ahead of you, but then you realize that there are a lot of bad influences that will dominate and then life becomes almost easy. "
SCREAM -Synyster Gates: we did last summer a lot 'of dates with Metallica or Guns N Roses, and we saw what shakes crowds of 50 thousand or 100 thousand people, then this song and Critical Acclaim are slower, more groove.
AFTERLIFE M-Shadows: it is a kind of self-reflection, a kind of metaphorical argument with the gods as to why you died too soon and has not had time to do what you set out to do , how to make peace with their father, or say to people to whom you love that are important to you: it is basically a way to say things to certain people, before it is too late.
GUNSLINGER M-Shadows: Gunslinger speaks of people who are far away, or because they are away on business or because they are on the war front. He talks about the difficulties they go through when someone is far away and of human nature, prone to experience nostalgia.
Unbound (The Wild Ride )-Synyster Gates: Unbound is a crazy song! Each song has a feeling behind it and therefore we study ponevamo always this question: What gives you the feeling this song? - And someone jumped up saying, it seems to be on a magic carpet!. But in reality it is something bigger, almost like being at Disneyland under the influence of acids. It seems to be one of the Pirates of the Caribbean or the world of Aladdin and then you find yourself in a miniature world in miniature ... with people is a kind of extravagant trip!

BROMPTON COCKTAIL- Synyster Gates: The Brompton Cocktail is something born in England and is a mixture of cocaine, heroin and alcohol given to patients on their deathbed. Used to temporarily returned to life, gives you a great sense of exhilaration and your family sees you in good condition for the last time before the cocktail kill you. This means giving you a choice before his death and that is what we believe in, if you're about to die you can choose how and when to die.
LOST- Synyster Gates: No, it has nothing to do with the television series: a song is ridiculous. Initiates and pulls out what are our influences that we have always Scandinavia and then turns into a happy song. We say that is the melodic song of the album and even sings in a Shadows energy, but also sensual. People will say, but it's Cher or Sevenfold?
A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN- Synyster Gates: This song is a bitch! We started to write it all so that come out for a possible EP by Halloween, and therefore heavily influenced by the influences of Danny Elfman. Morale is a song play for eight minutes. Simply crazy!
DEAR GOD- Synyster Gates: This is even more than the previous year. As a country song begins and ends up being a ride with a double pedal, but also of the banjo in mezzo.Abbiamo worked hard for this album, eight hours a day, seven days a week and eventually, one day we went to split from drinking and be drunk after we recorded the vocals. I'm really angry.

Parkway Drive-Horizons

really prolific Parkway Drive. In about two years have churned out two albums, have toured the globe far and wide and took away a contract with Epitaph for distribution in America and Europe. Not to forget the fact that to produce their album, sitting at the console, there is Adam D of KSE. At this point, I need to open a parenthesis on him because he is becoming fundamental to the scene metalcore world, at least as it is essential Kaka for Milan. His band without him losing his touch in thickness and the albums he produces, you can hear everything (also see the release of As I Lay Dying).
So, Parkway Drive, strong production and good sound quality, comes back with this interesting Horizons. After having praised the producer, give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and we also say that the Australian band really knows how to play, drummer Ben, at times, is awesome and the weapons that the metalcore provides the master in a excellent. But all this enough?? Yes and no.
Going in order, leaving the surprised attack entrusted to The Siren's Song and Feed The To The Pigs allowing a glimpse of a turn toward the melodic death metal, especially the second, much closer to European and American metal. Unfortunately it is only a mistake because it already contains Carrion's speech on tracks tested by American bands. Tracks, at times, too tested because Five Months and Idols And Anchors are blatantly the result of ideas developed by bands like Killswitch Engage and All That Remains. If nothing else, the flashes are back with melodic death in songs like Boneyards and Breaking Point, but nothing me out of my head that this was the way to beat more vigorously. Another small flaw, the structure Lyrics are often repetitive: each song has almost the parties and re-proposed standard for all 12 tracks. If anything, the flurry of news comes from the final title track, with an opening melody all in all pending and apt.
Moral: album well played, well produced, but routine, with some very interesting crack. In any case, the class routine.

Lenses Used By Paparazzi

Devildriver-In Vino Veritas

Unfortunately, September 27 could not be present at the evening Hello On Earth at Transilvania in Milan because of the usual problems of merchandise at the border between Switzerland and Italy, then, we have decided to publish this interview with Dez Fafara created by Revolver in the period prior to their current European tour.

"Okay," says Dez Fafara welcoming reporters in a luxury hotel in Santa Barbara, with a sincere smile and warm handshake. "Are you ready to go drink some 'of wine with me?"
Devildriver frontman has just returned home after a tour of three weeks in Europe, around the festival, and looks very relaxed. Unlike many rock star, not the type to go to bed at dawn and, indeed, at noon has already led his wife and three children to have breakfast, take your dog out, went for a ride in his shop Favorite record and has already renewed the prescription for your dose of marijuana, officially due to stress. All this is just a warm for the big event of the day: a tour of the Santa Ynez Valley, also known as the valley of wine in Santa Barbara. Today
the aforementioned valley is known primarily for the 2004 movie Sideways , where two middle-aged confront their existential problems and troubles at work, among other a taste of wine.
Actually, Fafara, the movie has never seen, "they all tell me-you must see that film, absolutely! - But I always reply, but I live here!".
Fafara is returning from the European tour around the festival, which culminated in the exhibition at the Download overwhelming, with what has been called the biggest circle pit of history, five weeks is allowed to relax with his family before returning to running and to publish what is perhaps the most convincing and hard album with his band, The Last Kind Words .
"I love this whole area," says the musician and the machine starts between hills behind Santa Barbara, from which you have a wonderful view of the ocean, "whenever we are back home and we miss about one hour open all the windows of the tour bus so that air enters the ocean and I understand that I'm coming home. "
Being of Italian origin, Fafara has grown with the bottle of wine on the table and over the years has evolved into true lover of grapes.
"After a bit 'of years I realized that beer makes you fat, and only then I switched to wine and I realized after a bit' what was good and I liked it seriously. There is nothing to do them you taste wine, you can not learn their characteristics on the books. "
Originally the tour was to begin in Solvang, a sort of mock Danish town, perfect for tasting because of his proximity to the vineyards, but Fafara decides to change plans and Gainey brings us to the vineyard, "you will like it a lot ... you should see that the vines that have chandeliers in wine shops."
Gainey Vineyard, in fact, has a precise meaning for Fafara: here, he used to take refuge at the time of the recordings the last album with Coal Chamber, Dark Days , with those who would become his partners in Devildriver. The studios were not far from this vineyard and often made a detour these parts: "Today the circle is closed," he laughs the frontman.
Although the lady behind the reception desk of the Enoteca, in all probability, are not often found in front of customers with tattoos on his face, do not bat an eyelid while Dez is presented.
Lady: "What is the name of your band?"
Dez "Devildriver. A metal band."
Lady: "That sounds like fun!"
Mrs. explains that today's tastings include the tasting of seven different wines priced at $ 10 and we are allowed to bring home the tasting glasses. Seems like a good deal and within minutes we are in the tasting room in English style and taste a Sauvignon 2005: "Normally I avoid white wines Dez-says-but this is good. In any case I do not drink a whole glass."
During the tasting it is logical to start from white to red and then go to Dez seems much prefer the red, just like the character of Paul Giamatti in Sideways . "I've never found a Cabernet, which I really liked, and I never liked the Merlot ... I like the Chianti, I agree with the Syrah, but for me the best is the Sangiovese grape the Holy Grail! " Besides being a passionate
Fafara also illustrates the advantages in terms of health of the wine: "I believe that red wine has the highest percentage of antioxidants, which is a good thing for the heart. Some say that the heart should take an aspirin a day ... better drink a few glasses of wine a day and no medicines. Although, if you have heart problems, do not believe me, take your medicine! "Medicines
Perhaps Fafara prefer the taste of Chardonnay in 2005 the estate Gainey, who refuses after just one sip," I remember my mother sitting by the pool who drank white wine mixed with 7UP tetrapack. I know that it is not polite, but the memory is! "
After another Chardonnay 2005, more exclusive, we go to red, beginning with a Syrah: Fafara raises his glass, swirling the wine makes its inside, sniffing, swirling the wine does riannusa again and then drink, in order to perceive the aroma and flavor of wine. "This is the bottle. Unless we find something better, but so far this all the beats. You can feel the fragrance of oak."
After tasting a Merlot and Riesling, none of which appears to satisfy the palate of Fafara, we sit outside at a picnic table in the sun with a bottle of Syrah. There are miles and miles of vineyards that stretch before our eyes and their shining green sparkling in the sunshine of California, "is incredible! Today is the typical time-of California-Fafara says happy I'm back from Europe 48 hours and I should be upset time zone, but this time it helps you, and how! "
Sitting under the sun, Fafara says the secret of the success of his band, since 2003, we sweat every day through constant touring and increasingly looking to distance from nu-metal band Coal Chamber.
"If you do leave as zero and the deck, people appreciate it. They are everywhere we turn five years and only now we are preparing to leave for our first headlining tour. "
Basically with the two previous albums Fafara has tightened the sound making it more compact and had to battle the skeptics that eventually they changed their minds, just as the album goes even further on the accelerator and sees his bandmates take a defined their personalities.
"We knew it was time to do something different. To go beyond not to write more songs with catchy tunes to get some radio airplay. We had to take the risk and break away from what makes the majority of mainstream bands metal. We will not be the fastest or the most powerful band, but I'm sure The Last Kind Words will be appreciated. "
On the other hand, prefers not to speak in public Fafara texts: "I'm still trying to understand them in the first-person ride-I would say that many of the texts speak of the irresponsibility of people and my opposition to organized religion." I was raised Catholic, but my grandparents and my mother belonged to Christian Science and my father was a Lutheran and I went to a Baptist school ... I ended up being a pagan. It was the logical consequence and then I discovered that a lot of Catholicism and Christianity are being stolen from paganism. "
Many of the night on tour, Dez you can find it in the back of the bus while reading a book about ancient civilizations with a good glass of wine. "As soon as I can I read a book on the Sumerians, Babylonians, Assyrians, to understand the origin of cults and understand that most of them revolving around the earth and the worship of natural elements."
"Today, as Today I believe in karma. I try not to step on anyone's feet to them to me unless the other tramp. "Many people see the band as a satanic Devildriver, Fafara but the reality is much more complex:" if you want there is an aspect of Satanism in our music, see the law of retaliation. I believe in the desire, the desire to succeed, to make certain things happen, but I do not like people who think they can control things because you feel Satanist or a Christian, I believe there should a more open, allowing people to wonder about things. "
said that our bottle of Syrah is over and we move to Solvang for lunch, then head to the wineries Rusack. The tasting room is less opulent than that of Gainey, but the deal is even better asseggi-seven, six dollars-and the welcome is even better. Dan, the man behind the bench, turns out to be kind, helpful and educated, started to use a Sauvignon 2006 and then a Chardonnay Gran Reserva 2005, but both do not seem of great satisfaction for Dez. Here is a rose, and Dan tells us that there is some fruit on it, to give a sweet taste, but it is very dry. "
" Absolutely true-Dez says with shining eyes after a couple of sips, really good, I could drink a whole bottle, but I am ready for a Pinot. In the film Sideways
, Paul Giamatti is the Pinot Noir as Slash is the Jack Daniel's.
"Really excellent! This bottle there to drink with a little 'of brie, roast chicken and potatoes with garlic. One of the best wines of today. "
But even better is the 2005 Syrah is enhanced by Fafara as the best wine of the day. There remains only the Sangiovese that Dez asked impatiently. According to Dan is the best in the area.
Dez repeats the ritual have seen, raises his glass, tilted it, smell the wine and does the same thing and then drink a sip and almost began to dance in the middle of the room for joy: "This win! Beats them all and takes home the jackpot! "
We sit under an old oak tree to drink the best wine of the day under the sun of the afternoon and give us a toast.
"Salute! Everything we were served today pales against this Sangiovese. If I had glasses on purpose we swim in this wine." Raising his glass to the sky, Fafara seems more comfortable in this environment and on stage. Possible clue to its future activities?
"I have not quite finished with the music. I think I'll stop when I'm about 60 years. But then if I had to devote to this activity would not be so bad."

How To Clean A Resin Watch Strap?

Throwdown-Venom And Tears

fifth album in a few years for this reality more solid from Orange County. The Throwdown have increasingly turned the corner directing its full-bodied sound to a groove metal, hardcore partially abandoning its roots. Curious thing, if you like, because the previous Vendetta, markedly hardcore was defined as one of the best modern metal albums and then we might as well face the turning point!
Given that Venom and Tears sounds very metal, now there is not secondary to clarify something: it sounds like an album to large tracts of Pantera, Dave Peters does not do anything not to sing like Phil Anselmo. In detail
album we note the introductory Holy Roller more thrash with a vein and a nice groove and at the same time also Day Of The Dog intriguing to be a successful mix between Pantera and Marilyn Manson.
The legacy emerges in the attack of hardcore SCUM , then return to the path of metal which was mentioned above. Removed American that sounds much more like a song by Metallica, then the various Hellbent On War or the title track recall the glorious past of the Texas band of the late Dimebag Darrell and his brother.
The hour of listening to this album should be ending with the successful and powerful I, Suicide and slower with excellent Godspeed riffs and if you want thanks to I-Tunes you can also add Propaganda Burial of the track list.
Surely this album leaves room for discussions and position statements for or against the choice of Throwdown, and we, as usual, We follow the philosophy that says something like: I liked the various Cowboys from Hell and Vulgar Display Of Power ? Well, try to give a chance even at the Throwdown Venom And Tears. Enjoy!
